Our Policy Regarding Benefits

We do accept tenants on benefits so long as one of the points below is met:

1. The council pay rent in advance.
2. The tenant has a guarantor who must be someone in a stable job and/or with their own property.  The guarantor will pay the rent and the tenant will pay the guarantor.  Typically the guarantor will be a parent and must fully comprehend their responsibility regarding the tenancy agreement.
3. Rent is paid six months in advance.

Unfortunately these policies are strictly adhered to and there is no flexibility.
