Manuals and Instructions

Tenants/lodgers must look after and service any equipment specific to them.  Where some equipment has been supplied to a tenant or lodger, it is agreed by contract that they are responsible for the upkeep of that equipment.  For example, if a vacuum cleaner is provided, it must be emptied and cleaned on a regular basis and not used is a way it’s wasn’t designed to be used.
